You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Items marked as final sale
